Being a celebrity on “Dancing With the Stars” has never been more dangerous.
Singer Jewel and “Access Hollywood” co-host Nancy O’Dell had to leave the show because of dance-related injuries.
“Jackass” star Steve-O and Apple guru Steve Wozniak have courageously hoofed on despite suffering bodily harm due to over-aggressive choreography.
Most recently, “Girls Next Door” star Holly Madison was sent to the doctor to get a prescription for an aching rib. The pain was severe enough to stall her samba.
It seems that one of Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriends getting hurt was the final straw, and the Obama administration is now contemplating an intervention.
“With all of the injuries that have occurred this season, the time has come to make decent comprehensive health care for “Dancing with the Stars” contestants a top priority, said an unreliable White House source who refused to be identified.
Rumor has it that the president plans to announce the proposed DWTS legislation in his upcoming appearance on “So You Think You Can Dance.”

And just urinate profusely.
